Milky Forest Chocolate Cake

Ingredients:-

Group A1: Sponge Cake Base
Egg Yolk4 Nos
Sugar30 gm
Corn Oil25 gm
Hot Water30 gm
Cake Flour30 gm
Cocoa Powder15 gm
  
Group A2: Sponge Cake Base
Egg White4 Nos
Sugar50 gm
  
Group B: Filling Cream
Top Kokoa Coating & Glaze: Milk Chocolate40 gm
Dairy Cream100 gm
Dark Pitted CherryQ.S.
  
Group C: Ganache Cream
180 gm
Dairy Cream150 gm
Unsalted Butter15 gm

Instructions:-

Mix Group A1 until well combined
Beat Group A2 untul stiff
Fold Group A2 into Group A1
Pour batter in 12X12X1″ tray
Bake at 180﮿C 20 minutes
Beat Group B Dairy cream until stiff.
Stir in Top Kokoa Coating & Glaze: Milk Chocolate
Layer Sponge Cake base then follow by filling cream and dark pitted cherries
Cook Group C all together until smooth at low heat
Chill the ganache cream before use
After layering sponge base and filling, garnish it with the ganache cream
